On July 27, 2007, an application was filed by Tri-State Broadcasters, Inc. with the Federal Communications Commision in Washington, DC for the Commision's consent to the assignment of FM Station WTSA, operating on 96.7 MHz in Brattleboro, Vermont. The application proposes the assignment of license of WTSA-FM from Tri-State Broadcasters to Four Seasons Media, Inc. Edward Ney, Michelle Kilduff and John Kilduff are the officers, directors and shareholders of Tri-State Broadcasters. William Corbeil and Kelly Corbeil are the officers, directors and shareholders of Four Seasons Media.
